WHEN ARE YOU NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND?

You’re not entitled to a refund for the ticket if an understudy appears in place of a show’s headline star, or if any other artist changes from the one advertised on a line-up or production.

You are not entitled to a refund if you can no longer attend an event or you’ve simply changed your mind about going.

WHEN CAN I GET A REFUND ON TICKETS?

If the event you have booked is cancelled, rescheduled or has changed location, you are entitled to a full refund.

If an event is rescheduled to another date, your tickets will be exchanged. If you can’t make the rescheduled date, then you’re entitled to a full refund.

The ticket seller is responsible for giving you your refund for tickets to a cancelled event.

PLEASE RESPECT OUR HOUSE RULES

In order for everyone to enjoy the show we ask that patrons abide by the following rules:

1 – Talking during the performances will not be tolerated as it disrupts the performers and other guests. If you disrupt the show you will be asked to leave without a refund.

2 – If you are too intoxicated on arrival or during the show you may be refused access or asked to leave the venue and no refund will be issued.

3 – We reserve the right to ask audience members to leave and not return if they are found to be disruptive. No refund will be issued.

4 – All electronic devices and mobile phones must be turned off before the show. Performers may not be photographed or recorded under any circumstance. Flash photography is distracting to the whole venue. Use of mobile phones, iPods, video game systems, laser pointers, etc are not permitted. Texting and using social media during the performance will not be tolerated.

You may be asked to leave the venue if you do not abide by these rules and no refund will be given.

Q – How much is the booking fee?

A – Booking fees vary from venue to venue. As we have 12 venues, some of which run their own box offices we ask you to enquire separately. As a general rule booking fees vary from 60p-£2.

Q – What time does the show start?

A – Show times differ according to each venue and production. For show times please look on the individual events pages.

A – Show times differ according to each event.

Q – What time should I arrive?

A – Doors open approx. 15 minutes before the event start time. If eating please allow at least 60 minutes before the start of the show. Please allow plenty of time before the show to get yourself a drink as sometimes venues are very busy. We cannot start shows late.

Q – Can I reserve my seats?

A – Seating cannot be reserved (unless it is allocated seating at the venue and then you would choose when booking) however if there is a large group of you please get in touch directly and we will do our best to reserve an area for your party. This cannot be guaranteed. Arriving early is the best way to ensure that you are sitting together.

Q – Can I buy food on the night?

A – There is a chance you can order food on the night, however with busy kitchens it is wise to order in advance to guarantee your order. We do not run the venues so it is always best to contact the venue directly to talk about food requirements.

When food is included in ticket price you will be told what time to arrive to eat. Please allow plenty of time.

Q – Is there a dress code?

A – There is no strict dress code. On the whole just aim to be comfortable. Fancy dress is permitted however if the theme or outfit is offensive or overly crude you may be refused entry or asked to remove it.

Q – Do I need ID?

A – Age restrictions depend on the venue we are in. If we are in a pub then it is strictly over 18’s. It is always best to carry ID with you just in case, we recommend driving licence or passport. You may need ID for ticket collection.
