Cast announced for The Setup

The cast of The Setup by Chris Towndrow has been announced.

The show is taking place at The Back Room of The Star Inn on Wednesday 15 July at 7:30pm.

Charlie has just graduated from his 3 year musical theatre course at PPA, Guildford.
His Credits whilst Training: Narrator (Into The Woods), Steven (Bring It On: The Musical), and Mr Bascombe/Ensemble (Carousel)
His professional credits include: Dancer (Jack Frosts Frozen Christmas; Worthing Pavillion), Principle Vocalist (and The World Goes ‘Round) and Ensemble Sailor (Othello; Guildford Shakespeare Company
Charlie is thrilled to be playing lead role, Jack, in this plot-twisting original piece!

Scott is about to becomes a graduate at PPA (Performance Preparation Academy) in Guildford, during his time here he has been lucky enough to perform with some amazing professional companies in Guildford including ‘Guildford Fringe’ and also ‘Guildford Shakespeare Company’. He would like to thank PPA and Guildford Fringe for the last opportunity to perform as a student and hopes it won’t be his last time playing in Guildford!

Matt is excited to be performing in ‘The Setup’ this year at Guildford fringe, especially as Guildford is where he spent his professional training. Matt graduated from Performance Preparation Academy in July last year. Whilst training he performed in – Macbeth (Guildford Shakespeare Company) and since graduating he has been a part of ‘The Outback Games’ at Edinburgh Fringe. Most recently, Matt finished his European Tour as a principle vocalist with ‘The 12 Tenors’.
